Effective 5 October 2026
The short version: calls are never recorded, we collect only what we need to book and run your sessions, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@thehonesthour.co.
The Honest Hour (thehonesthour.co) is operated by a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("The Honest Hour", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@thehonesthour.co.
Please share only what you're comfortable with. You don't need to give your full name, and you never need to share health information to use the service. If you choose to share sensitive personal information in a booking question or message, you consent to us using it only to prepare for and hold your conversation.
We do not record, transcribe or store your calls, audio or video. We do not use your conversations to train AI systems, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which places cookies to record visits and actions such as clicking a booking button. This helps us measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you under its own privacy policy. The pixel does not receive the content of your calls, your booking answers or your messages.
You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie settings, your device's ad settings, or your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
We share information only with the service providers we need to run The Honest Hour, each under their own privacy terms:
We may also disclose information where we reasonably believe there is a serious and imminent risk to someone's safety, where required by law, court order or a valid request from authorities, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
We keep booking and contact details for as long as you use the service and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires. You can delete Honest Line messages from your own Telegram chat at any time, and we delete our copies when your subscription ends or when you ask, whichever comes first.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for advertising measurement, by emailing hello@thehonesthour.co. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the UK or the EU, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our team and service providers may be located in different countries, including the United States and Indonesia, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred in this way, with the protections described in this policy.
The Honest Hour is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell Honest Line subscribers about significant changes.
